Crazy First Quarter of 2020

My dearest Blog,

Oh my goodness! It's been a year already since I last put up an entry AGAIN? Haha oh no. I missed this, in fairness. How are you? How is it has been?

I am writing this in the midst of my quarantine life. Believe me the past months of 2020 were C R A Z Y! January was the Australia bushfire, February was the legendary Black Mamba Kobe Bryant’s death and March was Covid-19 Pandemic. On a lighter note, thank goodness I’ve got time for now!

I wanna blog again to immortalize my presence, reminisce this moment in future, and just so I could continue writing as if my middle school days. I don't know but writing feels like a sacred hobby for me. It keeps me sane and true to myself without being judged by other person. Although the irony is this blog is public, but who would know this anyways? HAHAHA.

Well I am not saying bye to earth but with what is happening around us, I just don't want to take anything for granted. And mind you, Universe (Yes, I have the habit of talking to the Universe), it is so timely that I heard Alicia Key’s song: Unthinkable “Im ready”. Why am I feeling emotional nowadays, eh?

**Side note to all my single ladies: they say, don't ever assume someone's kindness. No matter how evident their actions are, no matter how good that man is unless he clarifies his intentions to you, do not conclude. You are worthy to be pursued. Rise up woman of God, know your worth in Christ**

Well, anyways, apart from strictly following this quarantine life with a #FlattenTheCurve , I just would like to say that this has been a hidden blessing because before this lockdown happened, I was actually on the brink of abusing my body. I am guilty of taking my health for granted as work was already taking a toll on me. You see, if you are a girl with ambitious dreams like me, I would take any sideline that could help me earn and invest money. Quick background, I am an interior designer and a full time real estate consultant that is why I started 2020 with loaded work. January until early March 2020 was W O R K and almost always had 3 hrs sleep + weekend duties.

Side story, I think the lucky charm (money charm) I bought in one of the Tokyo temple during our travel last year has been working!

Then going back this pandemic came, and it is like suddenly world stopped, time felt slower, and days went longer. Before those activist could react that I am “privileged” enough to just stay home while many fellow Filipinos are hungry etc. etc. I think I have done my part donating portion of my savings for them. I am so stressed reading news of all sorts online. Goodness!

This pandemic Covid-19 Virus has been an eye opener for many of us. Be it in politics, health, environment sector, and in our relationships. I am sorry for the families who had lost their loved ones because of this crisis though, I truly am.

This “work from home” scheme is hard especially with my line of work where I cannot stay in one place for a day. But who am I to complain?

One thing I miss going out also is hanging out aka driving my car. My baby’s name is Maze. Call me weird but I take care of it like a real human being. I have so much to say about it but maybe not today hehe.

I also miss hanging out with friends, give ourselves some booze, travel, adventure, and the list that has to do with going out goes on....... I am not complaining though as I know, “delay of gratification” very well.

While I am stuck here at home, I wanted to make use of my time wisely. I get to tone my body and have almost daily workout. Additionally, I think Im being productive too. I got to teach my bro some driving lessons, repaint my room, paint my nails, read some untouched books, catchup on movies, sleep well, play my ukelele, a little bit of cooking too, catch up with good health, smell the flowers, listen to new music, bond with family, activate old hobbies, and meditate.

The ZOOM life. Online Meetings and Catchup with relatives abroad.

Workout Life needs 10x determination lol
My Interior Design blood was bored
Tadah! The result! Sorry my first time haha!

Of course, reading untouched books.
And last but not the least, 11AM still in my Jammies.
Body clock? What's that? LOL

I will surely miss this episode of my life where I was given ample time to do everything I wanted (except going out hehe). Thank You, Lord for this. And right now, I only pray for my loved ones to be healthy, safe and strong. Till the next entry!

Bella Ciao!

GOODBYE 2018, HELLO 2019

I KNOW IT'S KINDA LATE. But.....

This is my year-end entry for 2018 and I could not be more thankful because of my ups and downs moments.

A lot of things had happened so fast that I kinda question myself if it was a dream or it really just did happened. REALLY. FAST.

So first half of my year 2018 was more of changes (at work), confusion, and goodbyes. With that situation I would say, I learned to adjust, adapt, be more flexible, and stand on my own. I must admit that I questioned Him, why these happened to me while I am trying my best to obey His every word and teachings. Throughout those moments, and days, I learned to TRUST and have FAITH. Those two words are something that made me move forward while shitty moments occur. Petty reasons as to my laptop reformat, all my phone messages were also deleted, phone memory becoming low, stopped exercising and so on…. I held on to brainwashing myself that everything’s gonna be alright.

And then, on the second half of my 2018, it did turned out pretty well. I would say, thank You thousand times I overcame it. I know I did it, not just by myself but mostly I would say because of my "self-mindsetting”, similar concept for self-motivating.

I haven’t found anything for “self-mindsetting” but expounding it means that, as a result of self-awareness and meditation, I found myself knowing what I want, then setting my mind to always hold on to my goal/perfect vision of my future. Get it together, and don’t lose the vision. I tell myself to always level up, take challenges but still looking back to my roots for every successful phase of my life.

I now realised that as I am writing this, I am so not yet over of the hardship I took on reviewing for board exam while working for my career. Please don’t blame me as I am just proud to have passed it. God truly answers prayers. That made me felt favoured and as a return, I promised to give back the goodness to anyone.

And so, it was the ending weeks of the year 2018 when I felt the need to slow down and enjoy life’s simple things: nature, catching up and seeing old friends, going to nice restaurants, just eat (no calorie count, no diet, etc), unlimited laying down on bed and sleep nonstop, watch a lot of movies, sing, dance, and more of things I enjoy doing. I know Im a hardworking freak but when I needed a break, I will really stop to avoid burnout. “Rest if you must, but don’t you quit"

Lastly, I wanna end up this entry by highlighting my 2018 favourites; my travel to Australia, passing my interior design board exam, getting a ukulele, and gaining quality set of friends. I thought I could write ‘love life’ here lol! But, still waiting for that "Kingsman”. I respect that 2018 was not my season for it but I know in time, he will come and maybe, we’re both mature and ready (but I’m never ready lol jk!) and he would straight up tell the world. They said do not ever assume someone's kindness. No matter how good a man is unless he clarifies his intentions to you, do not conclude.

#1 RULE (single life advice). You are worthy to be pursued. No matter how evident their actions are, don't make the first move. Rise up woman of God, Know your worth in Christ.

 And that ends it.

Hope I could write more entry for this year 2019 and maybe someday read this blog/storytelling to my future kids. Haha! Thank you so much 2018, ciao!!!

VERMOSA's Courtyard

I am back my dear blogger page! I missed you! I have been busy going to and from different places that kills my time and truly physically tiring. Oh well, honestly I love what I am doing but there will be inevitable moments that I would be teary-eyed from stress and tough day I've had; but I guess it is part of this industry and I am learning to accept it.

So moving on, let me share you a short review about Vermosa since I was also able to visit the site on its pre-selling state. It's amazing. No kidding.

Vermosa will be constructed along the scope of Imus and Dasmarinas, Cavite. You can tell it is very wide because Ayala Land Premier incorporated a lot of grand sports amenities for you to be encouraged to have a healthy and active lifestyle amidst your busy day at work.

Examples of privileges you could enjoy are the Olympic-sized pool, Motocross track, bike and jogging paths, Science laboratory, and many more.

We make sure that you will come home to a relaxing property that awaits you everyday. The lot inside Vermosa that we offer you is called The Courtyards.

It will retain the promising exclusivity, and everything you will need is at approximate distance to your property.

Being the sporty and nature lover that I am, I cannot wait for Vermosa to be finished. I am excited to be able to witness the transformation of the place.

Olypmic-sized pool!

Soothing environment

Soon will rise........

ARBOR LANES: City in Sync

The moment I saw how Arca South will turn out to be in years and so, I thought, the place would really be similar to that of Greenbelt. If only given enough financial means, I would really invest in this place. It also has everything you will need.

Being a nature lover that I am, the 50% dedicated to open spaces is really inviting. It would be a relaxing home amidst your busy city life.

Inside Arca South, there is Arbor Lanes waiting for you. It is a condominium with intimate garden experience and truly caters also to individuals with active lifestyle. With Ayala-owned offices surrounding Arca South, your unit could be for lease or personal use. Cool, eh? J

Talking about sustainability, I trust Ayala Land’s efforts to maintain exclusivity and long term use (yes, even to your following generations) of properties I know worth your every penny.

What I love about the concept at Arca South, to make it very accessible, they will also create roads interconnecting BGC and other cities. I am so looking forward to the completion of this project.

PS. The pictures are artist’s perspective. Soon I’ll share with you an actual photograph of this promising development.
There will  be offices also owned by Ayala Land
